Adelaine Foo

Adelaine Foo is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of The Otomotif College (TOC).

An Arts graduate from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Adelaine founded TOC in 2004 at the tender age of 28.

Blessed with boundless energy and an indomitable spirit, Adelaine has worked tirelessly to build TOC into not just the best-run automotive college in Malaysia, but a pioneer in professional automotive education that ensures mobility and employability.

Founded on a strong desire to give technicians a career they can be proud of and to uplift the standards of Malaysia’s vibrant automotive industry, TOC stands apart from the rest with its industry-relevant and technologically up-to-date curriculum that is coupled with an extensive practical training and internship programme.

The curriculum is designed to produce a new generation of automotive professionals who are highly mobile and employable, with highly in-demand skill sets that will enable them to succeed anywhere in the world.

Today, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary, TOC is highly rated not just by the Malaysian government and automotive industry, but also by the international education and automotive fraternities.

A doting mother to three young children, Adelaine has received numerous honours and awards for her contributions as an educationist and entrepreneur.
