Dr Lucas Chia

A medical doctor who qualified from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK and a member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK, Dr Lucas Chia had no prior experience in business or management; only an unwavering passion for laser technologies. His immense interest in dermatology led him to train in various institutions in both the UK and USA where he was awarded multiple post-graduate qualifications in skin and aesthetic medicine.

Dr Chia founded IDO’S Clinic in 2010 with the aim of becoming a leading skin, laser and aesthetics institution trusted by patients and staff, renowned for clinical excellence and innovation. With a humble beginning of one clinic, one doctor and one treatment modality, IDO’S Clinic has now grown to eight centers with 15 doctors and offers more than 100 holistic treatments.

Dr Chia credits his business success to his dedicated team members and their willingness to conduct strict compliance to both clinical and corporate governance. Dr Chia is also an eloquent speaker and is frequently invited to speak at various medical conferences and aesthetic business summits across the world. Besides that, he also makes regular appearances on live TV shows to share his expertise in skin and aesthetic treatments.
