Adam works with the largest US and international banks to shape strategic direction, improve financial and operational performance, and strengthen risk management capabilities. He helps clients navigate today’s rapidly evolving digital, geopolitical and regulatory landscape, and is known for connecting industry insight with practical execution.

In his leadership role, Adam fosters collaboration across EY service lines and solution teams to deliver integrated, tailored support aligned to evolving client and industry needs.

An inclusive and collaborative leader, Adam believes empowered teams and diverse perspectives are essential to creating value for clients and the organization. Adam has an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
