He works with public sector institutions, financial services organizations and corporates across regulated and asset‑intensive industries to help them reshape their operating models, workforce capabilities and transform organizational culture.
In his career, Anil has led complex transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders, high public interest and significant workforce impact. His experience spans change management for enterprise and system‑led transformations, organization and job architecture design, culture transformation and strategic workforce planning. He is frequently engaged during critical inflection points, including operating model shifts, digital and technology adoption, as well as large‑scale capability transitions.
Anil has played a leading role in several industry‑wide and national‑level workforce initiatives. This included leading the development of the Future Skills Framework for Malaysia’s financial services sector, in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia and key industry bodies, as well as leading a Talent Corporation Malaysia impact study on artificial intelligence (AI), digitalization and the green economy on Malaysia’s workforce.
In addition to advisory work, Anil has supported organizations in translating workforce and culture strategies into execution — from defining future‑state capability models and manpower requirements to designing change interventions that drive adoption, readiness and long‑term sustainability.
