Low Choy Huat is a Partner and the Malaysia People Consulting Leader in Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn. Bhd. He brings over 30 years of experience helping organizations navigate transformation at the intersection of strategy, people, process and technology. 

Choy Huat has worked with leading organizations across energy, natural resources, aviation, automotive, financial services and public services, across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.

His expertise spans people strategy, organization design, talent development, neuro-inclusion and change management. He has been involved in major HR transformation projects, including the setting-up, design, development and delivery of HR shared service centers for a national oil and gas company, a major Malaysian conglomerate, a global chemicals company and a global mining company.

In recent years, he has led teams helping clients enhance workforce, reskilling and culture capabilities for an AI-driven future. 

Choy Huat graduated with a Business Administration (Hons) degree in International Business from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
