Neil is a highly experienced professional in the Capital Markets, Assurance practice at EY with over 14 years of experience in cross-border capital markets transactions and initial public offerings into the US.

He has worked across multiple countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and the US, successfully leading integrated audit and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of US Securities and Exchange Commission foreign private issuers in various industries, such as mining, e-commerce, technology and telecommunications.

Neil is an active and licensed US Certified Practicing Accountant in the state of New York and a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). He is also an accredited Chartered Accountant Business Valuation Specialist (CA BV Specialist).

His extensive knowledge of SOX Internal Controls over financial reporting, international accounting standards and regulatory requirements enables him to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients navigating complex financial landscapes.
