How Paula is building a better working world
“I focus on providing powerful contributions to my clients, supporting them in delivering on their goals and priorities.
In the current environment, agility and adapting to change both are key. I support my clients by determining the right operating model for them – which may mean a move from outsourcing to insourcing, or vice versa. I help them understand the impact the changing digital reporting requirements has on their business, and work with them on improving their data integrity.
After the existing model changes, I help clients identify what their teams can do to focus on more value-added activities and improve their own processes. Empowering people is important to me, and I believe that it is a win-win for everyone.”
