Rachel is a Partner with Business Consulting at Ernst & Young Advisory, where she leads Innovation and Sustainability for the luxury sector. She advises global Maisons on embedding sustainability and digital innovation and convenes senior executives through the EY Luxury AI and Sustainability Hub.
She brings over 15 years of international experience in luxury and retail, including 13 years in China leading digital transformation, co-founding a venture-backed startup, teaching innovation and entrepreneurship, and developing Western brands on the Chinese market. She also directed Fabernovel’s China operations before its acquisition by the global EY organization.
Rachel holds a Master’s from Sorbonne Nouvelle and Sustainability Leadership Certificate from Imperial College of London.
