With more than 28 years of experience in strategic leadership and transformation in European Institutions and the wider public sector, Serge’s focus is on integrating technology and innovation to tackle key societal challenges, while placing people at the heart of transformation.
Serge’s experience spans from implementing EU policies to applying technology to drive key digitalization initiatives in areas such as migration and border management, digital identity, tax, security, police and justice. He believes in putting people at the heart of his work, fostering a culture of inclusive teaming to drive successful outcomes.
Serge holds a Master’s in Commercial Economics & Finance from HEC-CLG and a Master’s in Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He studied Strategy and AI applied for business at INSEAD.
