Kaijun Sun, Director of Luoman Technology, a company specializing in urban lighting and digital artful furnish, has transformed the company from a traditional manufacturer into a global leader in construction technology and urban lighting. As a second-generation leader, she has redefined the family business into a creative technology service provider with international reach. 

Holding business and science degrees from Auckland University, Kaijun's early career included roles as a statistical analyst in New Zealand and a field researcher in Australia. She assumed control of the family enterprise in 2010, catalyzing its growth and modernization. 

Under Kaijun's guidance, Luoman Technology achieved new technology enterprise status, was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in 2014, completed significant financing in 2015, and was recognized as one of Shanghai's Top 100 Service Enterprises in 2018. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board in 2021 and acquired Holovis UK in 2024. 

Kaijun has been honored with prestigious awards, including Shanghai's Digital Transformation in 2024, the Shanghai Excellent Chinese Special Socialist Cause Constructor Title in 2023, Shanghai Excellent Entrepreneur in 2018, the Shanghai Excellent Builder of Chinese Socialist Cause with Chinese Characteristics Title in 2019 and Shanghai Model Worker for Women’s Achievements in 2010.  

Kaijun’s vision for Luoman Technology is to make cities more vibrant and create extraordinary experiences through creativity and technology. Under her leadership, the company aims to achieve 1.2 billion RMB in revenue and maintain an annual growth rate of over 15%.
