Dirk Stroes assists organizations in improving performance by deploying staff and optimizing HR instruments. He is a specialist in change management, behavior change and HR transformation.
He studied industrial and organizational sociology at the University of Amsterdam and has been working at EY since 2014. He previously worked as an HR and change management consultant at another leading consultancy organization.

“What is the best part of my job? Our team. But also the range of people, organizations and projects. I like seeing large commercial companies from the inside, but also governments and family businesses. Larger organizations operate more systematically and budget further ahead; smaller companies often have more urgent, day-to-day issues. The challenge is always to come up with tailor-made solutions that improve the people and the organization.”
