As a partner at EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services department, Inez advises clients on sustainability driven transformation. In this role, she supports organizations in embedding sustainability into strategy, governance, and reporting, with a strong focus on accountability to stakeholders and long term value creation.
At EY, she has worked both within Sustainability Assurance as well as Sustainability Advisory, in the Netherlands and abroad. After gaining in-company experience as Sustainability Reporting Manager, she is now the leading partner of our Sustainability Reporting & Governance team. Inez has extensive experience working for large, listed companies.
She holds a MSc. in Global Business & Sustainability from Erasmus University, where she also followed a course on CSR Reporting & Audit. More recently, she followed a course on Climate Change at the University of Cambridge. This educational foundation continues to inform her analytical and strategic approach to advising clients navigating complex change.
