Jeroen Valk assists businesses in realizing value when selling their companies. He is also responsible for acquisition strategy in acquisition projects.

He achieved a master’s in Financial Economics and Accountancy at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and has been working at EY since 2015. He holds a CFA title and has about twenty years’ experience in M&A.

And how do we shine the light on the true value? We don’t follow a standard process, but rather always look beyond the content. You can expect that from EY in general too.
