Jeroen Valk helps clients realize value in sell-side transactions. He also manages acquisition strategy for buy-side processes.
He obtained master’s degrees in Financial Economics and Accountancy at Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been working at EY since 2015. He holds the CFA title and brings twenty-five years of M&A experience in the Netherlands and London.
