Klara is the Global Lead for Product and Service Innovation at EY Studio+ and Managing Partner of EY Doberman, where she leads teams dedicated to transforming businesses and experiences through design, strategy and innovation. In her roles, she helps clients unlock bold ideas and turn them into lasting impact.
Her career journey includes leadership positions, such as Head of Growth and Commercial Director in the Nordics, as well as Managing Director of Doberman Forward, where she worked with fast-growing technology ventures. Earlier, she held senior roles in creative and digital agencies, developing strategies and solutions for global brands across various industries. Klara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney.
