How Mustapha is shaping the future with confidence
I strongly believe in the power of personal interaction; visiting an organisation, feeling the culture and the dynamics on site. It's not about my role; it's about working together to achieve something great, while always keeping the human side in mind. It's not about limiting each other and pigeonholing people, but rather about strengthening each other's expertise and building trust. For me, collaboration is central to everything we do."
