Natalie is the EY Americas Assurance Financial Services Leader. She oversees a practice of nearly 5,000 professionals with responsibility for financial performance, strategy, quality, market leadership and talent development.
She brings nearly 30 years of experience serving financial services (FS) firms in complex, highly regulated environments, with deep knowledge in transformation, operational excellence, AI, governance and risk management.
Her previous role was serving as EY Americas Deputy Vice Chair – Assurance. Prior to that, she served as FS Audit Leader and FS Wealth & Asset Management Sector Leader.
She was named one of Crain’s Notable Women in Accounting & Consulting, recognized by Hedge Fund Journal as one of 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds and listed as a Forbes Best-in-State CPA. She is a frequent industry speaker.
Natalie has a BS in Accounting from Manhattan College. She is a CPA in New York.
