Niyi is an EY-Parthenon Partner for Strategy and Execution at Ernst & Young LLP, where he leads the Enterprise Applications Competency. He collaborates closely with clients to help technology-enabled transactions and transformations provide measurable value and business outcomes.
With over 25 years of experience, Niyi is a seasoned leader in business and digital transformation. He has successfully provided large-scale, cross-border programs spanning post-merger integration, carve-outs and IT operating model design.
Beyond client delivery, Niyi champions cultural initiatives at EY-Parthenon, including diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) and well-being programs.
Before joining global EY organization, Niyi held various leadership roles at a global consultancy organsation, and he began his career in 2000 as a Procurement Operations Consultant.
He holds an MSc in Analysis and Design of Management Information Systems (ADMIS) from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics and Computing from the University of Kent, Canterbury.
