Strengthening the human side of organizations has been the common thread throughout Ralph’s career, which led him to EY in 2018. In an environment where decision-making based on logic and facts prevails, he adds something different. Driven by his conviction that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, he is working toward a more inclusive EY.

As Lead HR Business Partner and Inclusiveness lead, he helps shape Empower every identity, EY Netherlands’ inclusiveness program, with initiatives that foster mutual understanding, equal opportunities, and a more diverse organization. In 2023, he completed a master's degree in Diversity & Inclusion at the University of Amsterdam. He applies that knowledge and experience in his role every day.

How Ralph is Shaping the future with confidence

Feeling at ease isn't a given, Ralph knows from experience. He grew up in an environment with strong ideas about who you ought to be and how you ought to act. At EY, he champions a culture that values each person's unique identity.
