As the EY FSO NL Banking Transformation Leader, Rob supports banks from defining their transformation agenda to optimizing the end-to-end operating model with the aim to reduce cost, facilitate growth and/or secure compliance.
He has been leading many large scale transformation programs at banks to achieve their change ambitions. He has worked for several of the largest banks in Europe and Asia.
Additionally, Rob has achieved the Tech MBA at Hult.
