Rosa Eggink is an AI consultant in EY’s Technology Consulting practice, working at the EY.ai Lab. In her role, she guides clients from first ideas to full-scale AI transformation, helping them design strategies that are innovative, ethical, and future-proof. Her expertise spans an academic background with a BSc and MSc in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht university with hands-on experience on responsible AI, generative AI adoption, AI regulation, and risk mitigation, as well as building strategic roadmaps with alliance partners like Microsoft. Rosa also has a passion for education: she has launched EY’s first internal AI Week, trained hundreds of colleagues, and designed workshops on Copilot, LLMs, and AI’s societal impact. At the EY.ai Lab, she brings her blend of technical insight and human-centered thinking to accelerate client journeys, ensuring AI delivers real value while staying aligned with ethical and regulatory standards.
