Susan is a strategic leader with deep experience in driving growth, strengthening market positioning, and supporting high-performing teams within the financial services sector. As the head of FS Markets & Business Development at EY Netherlands, she partners closely with Dutch and international stakeholders to advance EY’s market presence and support clients across the broader financial services sector.
Susan excels at working across borders, collaborating with companies and people from different cultures. She is very active in the FinTech, InsurTech and RegTech space. She has also worked with EY Italy for 17 years and has developed a deep knowledge of the Italian market and the wider European payments and banking market.
Susan holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
