Taco Bosman advises organizations on the integrated assessment of CO₂ emissions across both their own operations and the full value chain, and on setting ambitious, science-based targets. He takes a holistic approach that includes climate, nature and biodiversity impacts, and supports organizations in designing innovative, product- and service-level strategies to drive decarbonization, circularity and sustainable value creation. In addition, he helps organizations gain deeper insight into the physical and transition risks associated with climate change.
He graduated in Economics, Markets, Organization & Policy from Erasmus University and brings more than eleven years of consulting experience in commercial strategy, focusing on value chain transformation, data analysis and reporting. In recent years, he has concentrated on climate, nature and circular economy topics, with a strong emphasis on innovation and systemic change. His sector experience includes retail and consumer goods, industrial products, agriculture, distribution, IT, financial services, the public sector, and energy, utilities and resources.
