Teun specializes in private equity and supports both Dutch and international investors and their portfolio companies in the areas of transactions, acquisition and sale processes, due diligence investigations, and (re)financing issues.
He studied Accountancy at NIVRA/Nyenrode Business University and has been working at EY since 2012. Teun has worked abroad for two years and is frequently involved in transactions across different countries and continents.
