“The asset management sector is looking for new, innovative ways to maintain sufficient market share. Sustainability is also playing a growing role, both in terms of ‘green’ investments and, for example, a sustainable product range. Because climate is a growing concern among customers. What I try to convey in all my consulting work? The exceptional client experience one can expect from EY. Quality, of course, but also new insights and close collaboration, for example, based on a lasting, sincere relationship.”
How Wim is building a better working world
“Making complexity understandable, I see that as the challenge. Our process always starts with a complex question, for which a practical solution must be found. It's particularly enjoyable to do that together, both with our team and the client. Working very hard together to reach that finish line and achieve a good result. I enjoy that very much.”
