Seminar on 30% facility

You are cordially invited to join our next EY Global Mobility Round Table session at our offices in Amsterdam on Tuesday 9 December from 09.30–12.30 hours, including lunch.

During this Round Table we will take you though the latest developments surrounding the expat scheme (previously known as the 30% facility) and explain important points to take into account further to recent changes in the law and the transition arrangements. In this context we will also discuss immigration developments, including recent guidelines issued by the authorities on how the expat scheme should be applied when checking whether the salary criteria for the knowledge migrants scheme have been met.

The session will be conducted by our specialists in each of these areas. Arjan Spaans will lead the part on the expat scheme and Charlotte De Heer will be responsible for the immigration part of the session.

Please note: the session will be given in Dutch or in English, depending on the participants. You can express your preference in the registration form.
