Update seminar

As we generally do, in the autumn of 2025 EY is again organising its annual Update Seminar on Payroll Tax. This year’s theme is "Uitdagingen en kansen in een dynamische markt" (Challenges and opportunities in a dynamic market). Naturally, we will discuss with you the changes included in the Tax Plan for 2026, the Budget Memorandum and other changes taking place in 2026, along with case law and Expert Group opinions which could be relevant to you in practice. 

The seminar is suitable for anyone in your organisation who is concerned with current developments in the field of payroll tax, social security and other matters affecting payroll accounting, the HR department and the finance department. In addition to regulatory and legislative developments, during this seminar we will also share our practical experience with you and there will be plenty of time to ask questions. 

This year you can join a seminar in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven or Zwolle. If you prefer, you can also follow our digital online webinar which is spread over three mornings. 

We are also planning another hour-long webinar in January 2026 to briefly bring you up-to-date on the final changes. 

The cost to take part is €450, excluding VAT. The fee for every second participant from the same organisation is €325. 

The seminars will take place on the following dates:

• Thursday 13 November 2025 from 10:00 - 15:00 hours in Zwolle;
• Thursday 20 November 2025 from 10:00 - 15:00 hours in Amsterdam;
• Thursday 27 November 2025 from 10:00 - 15:00 hours in Rotterdam; 
• Tuesday 2 December 2025 from 10:00 - 15:00 hours in Eindhoven; and 
• 25 November, 9 December and 18 December from 09:30 – 11:30 hours online.
