Nils Kristian is a valuation and financial due diligence specialist, as well as an adviser in mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Nils Kristian has more than 25 years of experience in transactions and advisory services. He has operational experience from the P&C insurance industry holding a CFO position at a listed marine insurer and participating in the establishment and build up of a health insurance company in Norway and Sweden.
Nils Kristian holds different management positions within our Strategy and Transactions practice, both in Norway, in the Nordic region and in the EMEIA area. He is a Norwegian State Authorized Auditor and European Certified Financial Analyst.
