Ole Conrad Siem is a Partner at EY-Parthenon and began his EY career in 2013, helping to establish the Corporate Finance (Lead Advisory) sub-service line within the organization. He is currently Head of the Corporate Finance department in our Oslo office. Ole Conrad specializes in M&A and has extensive experience within the field from various sell-side and buy-side assignments, private placements and IPO’s. He also has broad sector experience within most industries.
Previous experience includes roles in corporate finance from various Nordic investment banks focusing on acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, and capital raising.
