Fabian is currently the Head of Tax Services in EY Philippines. Head of Tax Services in EY Philippines. Previously, he was the tax partner in-charge for the Cebu and Davao branches.
He has more than 20 years of experience focusing on tax compliance review, tax planning and tax advisory work for diverse industries, Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Board of Investments (BOI)-related projects. He provided tax, corporate and business advisory services to numerous clients and has successfully structured transactions of companies in diverse industries for tax minimization purposes. He led tax audits in relation to mergers, acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations. He provided Tax advisory services in corporate matters, estate and family wealth planning.
He graduated from New Era University with a degree of BS Business Administration Major in Accountancy. He took his Bachelor of Laws in San Beda College. He also completed the Leading Professional Service Firms Program in Harvard Business School, Cambridge Massachusetts.
