EY Capital Structure & Restructuring Conference, 4th edition, online

A year ago, when booming economies and businesses faced dramatic human, business and economic challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, few fully appreciated the degree of change, destruction and loss of revenue that was about to unfold and which continue to face companies globally. Today, as a result of these challenges and the significant changes in market behaviour, many businesses are being forced to take measures to adapt, survive and if possible, take advantage of the limited market opportunities that have arisen. The strategies they will pursue in the fight for their future will determine whether they will succeed in their struggle with the new reality.

On behalf of EY, we would like to invite you to the 4th edition of the EY Capital Structure & Restructuring Conference with the key theme:

Restructuring in the world with COVID-19 – a meeting of key stakeholders engaged in the fight for business survival and subsequent growth.

This year, together with the representatives of financing institutions, lawyers, economists and financial advisors, we are going to address several themes, including:

  • What sort of solutions and measures are likely to help companies survive the crisis?
  • Which financial and legal tools and options to use and which to avoid?
  • Is cooperation possible between various stakeholders of restructuring processes?
  • Can every business adapt to the new reality and survive?

The conference will be held online on March 25, 2021, 9:30 (Warsaw time). Presentations will be delivered in Polish. Simultaneous translation into English will be provided.
