Jacek has been EY Europe Central Managing Partner since July 2025, leading the EY organization across 33 countries, and Country Managing Partner in Poland since January 2014. He held the role of EY Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia Managing Partner from 2018 to 2025, leading EY across 29 countries.
He has more than 30 years of extensive experience in managing international teams, building knowledge within the organization and promoting a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems.
Jacek excels in leading international and diverse teams that combine not only different skills, but also different cultures. He believes that differences unite, not divide - that they are key to success, especially when based on common values.
The most important thing to Jacek is supporting clients in working out effective answers to challenges caused by major shifts and technology transformations in today’s fast changing world and trust.
Jacek is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He also took part in international study programs through the University of Edinburgh (Great Britain), the Columbus School of Law in Washington (United States), the University of Antwerp (Belgium), and the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra (Spain).
