Rick is EY’s Global Health Sciences & Wellness Tax Leader and has over 25 years of experience with EY. He previously served as the Asia-Pacific Life Sciences Tax Leader, based in Singapore for four years, returning to the US in 2018.

Rick has been serving life sciences clients for over 20 years, both US-headquartered and inbound. He has significant global tax operations experience having managed large tax compliance and reporting engagements for large multinationals, as well as deep tax controversy, tax advisory and account management experience.

Rick received a BS from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, a JD in Tax from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations.
