Brad Watson is EY’s Global Leader for Infrastructure Advisory Services for Strategy and Transactions as well as Government and Public Sector. He also leads Infrastructure for the EMEIA Industry Accelerator program and is the Infrastructure Advisory practice leader for the EY organization in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Brad is an experienced project manager and advisor. He has provided strategy and policy-based advice to senior executives in the private sector and at all levels of government across North America, and now in the Middle East, for over 25 years. Over the course of his career, Brad has worked on several significant infrastructure and complex procurement projects. He has advised on multiple projects that have achieved financial close across North America and MENA totaling over US$20 billion worth of capital assets and service delivery.

Brad has an MBA from the University of Manitoba, and BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario.

For over two decades, Brad has assisted clients around the globe in implementation support of complex infrastructure initiatives aimed at economic growth. A trusted advisor, he has worked across multiple sectors and asset classes — leading projects in transportation, nuclear, health care, digital and renewable energy. His experience includes transaction structuring, strategy and policy advice, capital raising, procurement support, and negotiation assistance. Brad often advises ministers and elected officials, as well as CEOs and senior leaders who are delivering on the infrastructure vision of their organization. He is a regular speaker at infrastructure events.
