Stuart takes the helm as the EY Global Tax and Finance Operate Leader, following his role as the EY EMEIA Tax Managed Services Leader and his tenure leading EY EMEIA Financial Services Managed Services. With over thirty years of experience, Stuart has advised top-tier global banks on reshaping their operations through technology and data.

Prior to joining the EY organization, Stuart led prominent financial services risk, finance and customer data transformation practices in Switzerland and across Europe, where he managed a critical regulatory tax programme spanning numerous banks, demonstrating his ability to drive large-scale strategic change.

Back in the UK, Stuart successfully integrated his business and technology experience leading the implementation of change programmes across various vital business domains.

Beyond his professional journey, Stuart's passion extends to some very distinct facets of his Scottish heritage: rugby, golf, bagpipe and accordion playing, scotch whisky distilling and farming.
