Through EY Ripples, our global corporate responsibility program, our vision is to help establish a new market-leading model for collaborative impact. We work with clients on a not-for-profit basis to scale their social impact and sustainability initiatives to address inequality and drive progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We believe that SDG 17, “Partnerships for the Goals”, is the key to unlocking all the SDGs. By joining forces with EY clients, we can help achieve together what no one organization could achieve alone.

We extend our knowledge, experience and networks in the areas where EY teams are distinctively positioned in pursuit of the SDGs – supporting the next generation workforce, working with impact entrepreneurs and accelerating environmental sustainability.

There are multiple ways we collaborate with our clients to amplify our shared social impact:

• Learn together: We host structured knowledge-sharing sessions to discuss corporate responsibility, sustainability and social impact leading practice, and engage on organizational challenges and opportunities to envision a more impactful future.
• Commit together: We align on our organizations’ shared values and explore how this values charter can drive our work together moving forwards, including joint sustainability ambitions and volunteering opportunities.
• Act together: We combine our organizational capabilities by taking joint action around strategic social impact programs. EY professionals around the world contribute their skills through pro-bono consulting, skills development workshops, mentoring programs as well as digital tools and resources to support the next generation, help impact enterprises scale and accelerate environmental sustainability.
