Main Capital Partners acquired Assessio in 2019 and ignited a pivotal growth phase. This shift saw Assessio transition from a consultancy-driven model to a scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, fostering revenue growth and establishing dominance in the Nordic and Benelux regions.
Throughout its trajectory under Main's guidance, Assessio strategically acquired Dutch HFMTalentindex, Dutch Eelloo, and Danish People Test Systems. These acquisitions not only bolstered Assessio's market presence but also laid the groundwork for its stronghold in previously untapped Nordic markets and the Benelux region. This multi-faceted approach facilitated a broader service offering and unlocked new reservoirs of talent and expertise.
