Carl Pihlgren is a Partner and the Regional Tax & Law Leader Nordics at EY. Carl is based in Stockholm, Sweden and has been with the company since 1995. Before joining EY he worked at the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg. Carl currently works with multinational companies, inbound and outbound investments as well as international mergers and acquisitions. He was previously based in London and New York where he worked at the Swedish Tax Desk.
Carl is a Director at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in New York (SACCNY) and a frequent speaker at different tax seminars in Sweden and abroad and a diligent publisher of articles focusing on Swedish and International Tax matters. Carl has Law degrees from the University of Lund and the University of London.
