Fred has 21 years of experience in leading, designing and delivering successful change in financial service. His focus is on banks and, he has among others advised at some of the largest banks in the world. Taking lending, risk, finance, financial crime strategy from vision and regulatory steer into operative profitable solutions is one of his specialities. He has delivered in both the architectural, project managerial and data management areas. He holds a TOGAF and Prince 2 certification, he is very experienced in SafeAgile project techniques and also has basic insights in DAMA/DCAM.
Fred holds a Swedish Master of Science in Software and Financial engineering at the Linkoping University and has among others worked as data base teacher at one of Swedens top universities.
