Per joined EY in September 2016 and currently leads the Tax Controversy practice in the Nordics.
Per advises clients within most sectors of corporate tax law, but focuses on tax audits and litigations. He is regularly engaged in complex disputes, and represents corporations as well as individuals. Per has represented clients successfully in some of the biggest tax cases in Sweden.
Besides tax disputes, Per is regularly consulted in relation to transactions, restructurings, tax risk assessments and other major issues. His clients span across sectors—including energy, forestry, telecom and private equity.
Per is a former non-permanent judge in the Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm (kammarrättsassessor). He chairs the Institute for Taxes and the Rule of Law.
