Staffan has more than 20 years of transaction experience, having advised corporate, private equity and public sector clients as well as entrepreneurs in their M&A and financing transactions. For the past 15 years Staffan has mainly worked with the healthcare and life science sectors including pharma, biotech, medtech and diagnostics.
Staffan holds a Master of Science from Stockholm School of Economics and Richard Ivey School of business in Canada.
How Staffan is building a better working world
The health sector is all about the advancement and availability of medical products or services to patients and providers, that can help prevent and cure diseases. For me personally it is very rewarding to work with the health care sector. In my work, I help clients with e.g. financing or M&A transactions, and by that facilitating the development of new critical medical products and services or making products available to patients. In my mind this helps to build a better working world.
