Anna Ryott joins EY as Chief Impact Officer

EY has appointed Anna Ryott as Partner and Chief Impact Officer. Anna will work across the Nordics, leveraging her extensive experience to drive strategic sustainability and impact initiatives with organizations. Her passion for transformation, creativity, and sustainability aligns perfectly with EY's purpose of building a better working world for businesses, people, society, and the planet. 

Anna Ryott is globally recognized as a business activist dedicated to creating a better world through business, capital, and creativity. In her new role at EY, she will work with clients across EY's service lines and industries, leveraging her extensive experience to drive sustainability and impact initiatives.

Prior to joining EY, Anna worked as deputy CEO at Norrsken Foundation, CEO of Swedfund, and in leadership roles at UNICEF, and SOS Children’s Village. She has held several board positions, including at leading private equity funds. In 2019, she co-founded Heart17, a global initiative aimed at accelerating the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through partnerships, creativity, and imagination. Anna's contributions to society and industry have been widely recognized with several acknowledgments.

Anna will be a part of the Nordic leadership team and based in Stockholm.
