As a graduate at EY, you can expect:

This includes a Nordic Induction Program in your first few weeks at EY, combining professional learning with social activities and helping you build connections with other new joiners across the region.
• Support and mentorship: You’ll have access to colleagues, coaches and mentors who support your growth. Each graduate is paired with a buddy and a counselor to help you settle in, build your network and navigate your development.
  • Your buddy supports you during your initial weeks, helps you get to know EY, answers all your questions and helps you build connections across the organization.
  • Your counselor supports your longer-term development, helps you set goals, discusses your progress and provides feedback throughout the year.
