Victor is a Senior Manager in the People Advisory Services team and is based in Stockholm/Sweden. He leads EY’s HR Transaction advisory offering in Sweden.

He joined EY in 2022 having previously worked as an HR M&A advisor at another Big4 consulting firm in addition to serving as Compensation & Benefits Manager for a Swedish listed company.

Victor holds a degree from Uppsala University in Human Resources.
