EY is one of the main partners of Women in Tech 2021 that will be arranged virtually on 10 March.

On 10 March, the Women in Tech conference is welcoming 3,500 techies for keynotes, breakout sessions, insights, learnings, and inspiration as well as plenty of ways to network – only this time it’s digital. The theme for 2021 is The Power of Resilience − the art of adapting is more important than ever to survive and thrive in these unpredictable times.

3,500

techies will gather virtually on 10 March to explore The Power of Resilience.

As a main partner for the fifth consecutive year, EY is highly involved in the planning of the conference. We look forward to once again promote role-models and highlight all the exciting career opportunities available in technology. “This year’s theme resonates very well with how we’ve experienced our clients’ transformation journeys during the last year, and with the commitment I see in my colleagues when they navigate that change together with our clients. Tech is the enabler of this transition and from a diversity standpoint it’s therefore increasingly important for women to further develop their skills in this area. Women in Tech is a unique opportunity to showcase all the tech talent out there – especially in times like this when we don’t get to see it in the tangible ways we are used to, since we rarely meet in person”, says Anna Byström, Partner and Head of Digital Law at EY.

Sustainability, design thinking, 5G and beyond

At Women in Tech 2021, EY will arrange several sessions and explore the theme – The Power of Resilience − from different angles:

  • Design thinking for beginners − EY’s pre-WIT meetup on 25 February
  • Sustainable business action: How to use tech as a catalyst to accelerate towards UN´s sustainable development goals, moderated by Lisa Lindström.
  • The tech industry in the wake of the pandemic: a short-term boom or an enabler for long-term value?, moderated by Anna Faelten.
  • 5G, 6G, quantum computing and beyond: What does an increasingly connected world mean for us?, moderated by Anastasia Ribbing Kristoffers.
  • How do you prepare your organization to attract and retain the next generation talents, in the new normal?, moderated by Mito Singh.
