BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two: managing compliance

Transform BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance from a regulatory burden into a streamlined business process.

The global tax landscape isn't just changing — it is being rebuilt. As BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two moves from policy to operational reality, the challenge for tax leaders has shifted to "How do we execute?".

Large calendar year-end multinational enterprise (MNE) groups operating  in one or more jurisdictions where BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two is enacted may have significant and onerous compliance obligations beginning in June 2026 — and in some cases earlier. These obligations exist regardless of where the ultimate parent entity is located and whether any tax payment is due.

We invite you to an exclusive interactive EY wavespace™ session to tackle the practicalities of BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance. In the collaborative environment of EY wavespace™, we will move beyond the legislation to focus on the technology, data and governance required to stay ahead of the curve. During this session the EY team will take an in-depth and practical walk-through of the local BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance obligations, examine the main operating models and highlight some of the expected challenges. You will also hear directly from your peers on their journey, and the perspectives of Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

We have designed a focused two-hour agenda to provide you with a roadmap for the months ahead:

  • Operationalizing compliance: A deep dive into reporting lifecycles, various filings and critical deadlines you cannot afford to miss.
  • The technology imperative: Why BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two is fundamentally a data challenge, discussing differing technology strategies and how to avoid common execution pitfalls.
  • A panel discussion including Q&A to hear direct insights from EY leaders, your peers and the IRAS.

Please join us to gain the clarity needed to transform BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two compliance from a regulatory burden into a streamlined business process.
