Explore the possible use cases and adoption for hydrogen, and the markets that may see applicability to their decarbonization needs.
Hydrogen has been presented as a “fuel of the future” for many years, but it hasn’t been practicable until now. Recent advancements in renewable, electrolytic and transportation technologies, and economic pressures on gas and hydrocarbon fuels in the wake of the geopolitical conflicts, have once again pushed this transition fuel to the fore.
Join us on 23 September 2022 with guest speakers Iain Lawson, Head of Origination, Mercuria Energy Trading S.A., and Kenneth Kong, Regional Director, Asia, KBR, as we look at this “fuel of the future” with a commercial lens. We will explore the possible use cases for hydrogen and its derivatives, and the push and pull factors for its adoption across various sectors such as marine, generation, industry and transport.
We will identify the industries that will most likely to be economic adopters of this new fuel ecosystem, the markets that may see applicability to their decarbonization needs and the financing needed to bring it to market. We will also look at the projects currently under development and discuss their impact on technology providers and the other stakeholders in the hydrogen economy.
