Understanding employees’ remuneration reporting in Singapore

Improve your understanding on employer obligations under Singapore’s current tax and CPF regimes and avoid common compliance pitfalls.

Employers in Singapore are required to complete the 2025 year-end reporting for their employees by 1 March 2026. For non-Singapore citizen employees who are ceasing employment or leaving Singapore, it is the responsibility of the Singapore employers to file the tax clearance return on time. Staying updated on the latest tax developments and ensuring accurate and timely reporting are critical, as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) continues to emphasise employers’ tax reporting compliance.
