This session will feature a guest speaker from the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) to discuss the Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), that will come into effect on 1 December 2024 and provide insights into the upcoming comprehensive Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL) in fostering inclusive workplaces.

EY speakers will also share their knowledge on the complexities of international remote working arrangements and the importance of a fit-for-purpose framework to balance compliance with flexibility, ensuring a future-ready approach to the evolving employment landscape. Attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions addressed jointly by the TAFEP and EY speakers during the Q&A session.
