EY appoints Gaurav Modi as EY Asean and Singapore Consulting Leader

Professional services organization, EY, appoints Gaurav Modi as the EY Asean and Singapore Consulting Leader, with effect from 1 July 2022. The appointment affirms EY’s commitment to further strengthen Consulting services to help clients realize business transformation through the power of people, technology and innovation. 

In his role, Gaurav will be providing strategic leadership to Consulting services, spanning Business Consulting, Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services. He will be responsible for business performance, client service and talent development for Consulting services in Asean. The overall EY Consulting services in Asean comprise over 100 partners and about 3,000 people in EY member firms across 14 geographic. 

Based in Singapore, Gaurav has over 22 years of deep consulting experience, business development capability and market credentials. Gaurav joins from Capgemini where he was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Southeast Asia, and concurrently led the telecommunications sector for Asia-Pacific and Japan.
