Adam serves as the Know Your Customer (KYC) Technology Leader and global KYC product owner. In this role, he supports a wide range of financial services customers with defining KYC and customer onboarding strategies that aim to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency and regulatory sustainability.
Adam holds a BA in Economics from Drew University, where he was a pitcher for the baseball team (go Rangers!).
